Core Dysfunction:

70% of women experience persisting symptoms of core dysfunction after childbirth. Symptoms of Core Dysfunction include: weak abdominal muscles, recurring low back pain, Rectus Diastasis, pelvic pain, leaking urine with laughing, coughing, running or jumping, muscle tiredness, poor posture, and more. 
When not resolved by 8 weeks postpartum, these symptoms persist at 1 year and 5 years later, unless the source of the dysfunction is identified and corrected through correct exercise technique and sometimes surgery (1).

See your core muscles and learn how to do your exercises correctly with the help of a Core System Specialist — a medical provider trained to evaluate core function and customize the Mommy Ready program for your unique needs.*
